LifeCheck
NHS LifeCheck is a simple, confidential and easy-to-use online tool that will get you thinking and finding out about your health or the health of your children.
If you are a parent or carer with a baby aged between 5-8 months old, NHS Baby LifeCheck is for you. It will help you to find out about your baby's health and explain what you can do to help him or her stay healthy. You can check out the Baby LifeCheck website here

If you're a teen, aged 12 to 15 then there's a LifeCheck website for you too! It's a place where you can go and check out your life and see how you're getting on.

The NHS MidLifeCheck asks people over 40 questions about their lifestyle and gives advice on making improvements in areas including healthy eating, emotional well-being and stopping smoking. People can then set goals and sign up to receive free top tips via email, text or post.
