NHS Wakefield District is committed to providing a first-class service.

We would like to know if things go wrong so we can quickly put them right and improve our services. If you feel unhappy or dissatisfied with something that has happened to you, a friend or a relative, then please let us know.

You can contact the Patient Advice & Liaison Service (PALS) to help resolve any concerns or issues you might have but should you wish to make a formal complaint this can be done verbally or in writing:
